Psychosynthesis sees the human being as a whole in which body, soul, emotions and intellect interact intimately with each other. How this interaction works determines how we feel, both mentally and physically. It’s the job of modern psychology to help people bring all their ostensibly conflicting energies into a state of balance and harmony. This is the basis of Dr Roberto Assagioli’s psychosynthesis.

Psychosynthesis is a developmental psychology that focuses on what’s healthy in each person. Instead of seeing our personal weaknesses as limitations, it recognises in them tremendous development potential. In each problem we encounter we find the seeds of personal growth and maturity.
